Our professional recruitment process is designed to select the right person for the right job and employer. We maintain a database of tech talent, from trainees (high potentials) to junior, middle, and senior developers. But having a database is not enough.

In our system, we are able to quickly find the right person for the job as requests come to us from the market. We have a rigorous and systematic process to ensure that we place the right person in the right role in the right organisation.

Think of it this way. We are a spider in the middle of two webs. One has a myriad of talented people at each node. The other has a vast number of businesses constantly developing and looking for just the talent that will boost growth. In the middle we work hard to make the best connections between
those two webs.

But that’s not all. We are interested in every candidate, and in our mentoring service we give advice on how to draw up a good CV, present well, and work in organisations with different cultures. Once we accept a candidate into our community, we will always be there to support them in their journey.
